SHM Meters We stock a full range of meters for electrical distribution and monitoring, supply CTs and sensors for power management and process control, and provide meters for water, gas, oil and heat. SHM Data Loggers We design and build a full range of high integrity analog/digital data loggers for energy monitoring and tenant billing, incorporating communications via telephone, GSM, Ethernet and radio. SHM Systems We design, build, install and commission systems ranging from a single metering panel to power management of a multi-storey building to tenant billing of a wide-area estate of multi-tenanted properties. We are Systems Integrators and combine SHM and third-party products to produce the optimum solution for our clients' needs. SHM Software We supply, install, configure and commission software to meet the individual needs of each client, and can also provide bespoke software. We supply software from Stark Software International, Arc Informatique, Carlo Gavazzi and our own XLeMs software for use with SHM loggers. SHM Distribution We are principal distributors for Carlo Gavazzi, Northern Design and Kamstrup, and distribute Elster, Iskra and DM electricity meters plus a complete range of gas, water and heat meters. SHM Load Surveys We hire out load profile instruments and conduct load surveys. Our fleet of load profile instruments is suitable for energy survey, load analysis, harmonic study and transient investigation and recording. SHM Service We survey sites before making a system proposal and verify existing installed meters. We follow through installation with an Engineering Service Agreement backed up by helpdesk case-tracking software. Our service backup ensures that the quality of our installed systems is maintained. SHM Sales We supply everything from a single meter to a complete system. We accept payment by credit card or company purchase card.

SHM sponsors conservation of Red Squirrels in the Scottish Highlands. SHM have provided a Webcam, RL32 Datalogger and XLeMs software to monitor the activity of Red Squirrels at www.RedSquirrelWatch.org.uk The site has a Live Webcam where you can view the Red Squirrels feeding.
